Operational — service is healthy
Not configured — optional service not set up (non-critical)
Degraded — service is unreachable or returning errors

During an incident

This page auto-refreshes a low-level liveness check every 30 s. For the human narrative during an active incident — what broke, ETA, what's mitigated — look here in priority order:

  1. The incident banner at the top of this page (operator-set, highest priority).
  2. @inferllama on Twitter / X — short updates every 15-30 min during a SEV1.
  3. GitHub Issues — post-incident write-up + remediation that affects self-hosted users.

Self-hosting? This page only reflects the hosted service at inferllama.com. Your own instance's status is at <your-host>/health — a simple JSON probe returning the same shape rendered above.
