Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using InferLlama — whether through the hosted service at inferllama.com or via the API — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

InferLlama provides a model registry for AI model discovery and distribution. It allows users to upload, share, and download AI model files, and to interact with models via a playground and API. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Copyright-infringing content for which you do not hold distribution rights.
• Models specifically designed to cause harm to individuals or groups.

You also agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer access controls, or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users.

Model uploads

By uploading a model, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to distribute it under the license you specify. Uploaded models may be set as public or private. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

API keys

Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all usage that occurs under your API keys, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately via Settings → API Keys and generate a new one.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InferLlama and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Self-hosting

The InferLlama software is released under the MIT license. You may self-host InferLlama subject to the terms of that license. These Terms of Service apply only to the hosted service at inferllama.com and do not restrict your rights under the MIT license.
